The Journey of Growth from Single Product to Complete Packaging Solutions
We started with what we knew: jute. We, as a dealer, served packaging solutions to rice mills and government agents in high-quality jute, hessian, and regular gunny bags. But we noticed a gap—our customers needed more than just jute. They needed solutions.
Our first manufacturing plant was constructed. We shifted from trading to manufacturing our own jute bags. Quality improved immediately. Delivery times halved. The difference was noticed by our customers.
We invested in automated machinery; flexographic (flexo) printing, rotogravure (roto) capabilities, lamination systems. PP bags were introduced, shortly followed by BOPP bags. Standardisation was maintained across the new product lines by assuring quality control at all levels.
Today, we produce jute, PP, and BOPP. We also provide non-woven packaging solutions. We’ve become the single-source vendor that meets diverse industry needs with quality, flexibility, and trusted supply.
We do not outsource quality; we set standards ourselves- that means when an error occurs in the production process, we correct it within hours rather than weeks.
All print jobs undergo several checks. Packaging bags are checked many times before sending for further process. Our “slow” tactic to speed really gets your product to market faster—since you don’t have to waste time on re-creations or replacement orders.

Efficient Material Consumption: We have designed our printing and lamination machines in such a way that they create minimum waste. The scrap materials are handled in a responsible manner. Where possible, offcuts are recycled.
